You are invited to join Ascend SoCal for the 2020 Inspiring Across Generations (IAG) Conference, presented jointly by the Ascend Los Angeles Metro and Ascend Orange County chapters! The IAG Conference is a regional conference that brings executives and experienced professionals together for interactive breakout sessions and engaging speaker presentations.
This year's theme is Evolving to Succeed: Navigating the New Normal. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed life as we know it, whether at work or in our personal lives. Through this IAG, we hope that the sessions inspire you to transform yourself into the professional that you want to be. The speaker sessions and panel discussions will highlight the importance of mindset changes, tips for adapting/adjusting, and more. We will also turn a focus towards tailoring ERGs/BRGs to meet employee needs and practice inclusive leadership during these challenging times."
