Good communication skills are essential in today’s world and more so in the workplace. Whether it is communicating with tact and diplomacy, managing up or listening to people, knowing how to communicate can mean the difference between success and failure.

Effective communication rarely happens by accident! It requires careful planning and strong execution. The Ascend CTW workshop is designed to identify communications targets and realize those goals. This month we will continue the interview preparation, using STAR Framework (“Situation, Target, Action, Results”) to tackle behavioral questions:
