Good communication skills are essential in today’s world and more so in the workplace. Whether it is communicating with tact and diplomacy, managing up or listening to people, knowing how to communicate can mean the difference between success and failure.
 
Effective communication rarely happens by accident! It requires careful planning and strong execution. Practice makes perfect! The Ascend CTW workshop is designed to help you practice to increase your communication effectiveness in a professional setting - job interviews, round-table discussions, spontaneous Q&A, or deal negotiations. You will practice in a no-risk environment, and improve upon feedback from experienced audience. 
 
This month we will continue focus on successfully closing a job interview:  

• Recap your enthusiasm for the company and for the role.

• Summarize your top 3-5 value propositions. 

• Ask for the next meeting, or an opportunity to join the team.

We want to give each people an opportunity to practice.
 
The workshop is open to all Ascend members, friends and family.
