Good communication skills are essential in today’s world and more so in the workplace. Whether it is communicating with tact and diplomacy, managing up or listening to people, knowing how to communicate can mean the difference between success and failure.

Effective communication rarely happens by accident! It requires careful planning and strong execution. The Ascend CTW workshop is designed to identify communications targets and realize those goals. This month we will focus on the closure and conclusion part of an interview: 

• Recap your enthusiasm for the company and for the role.

• Summarize your key qualifications and relevant value propositions. 

• Ask for the next meeting, or a job offer.

We want to give each people an opportunity to practice.
