On Jan 25, Ascend CT/Westchester will lead a special Communication Workshop, with a special guest speaker:  Dr. Rich Atkins, Managing Director of Improving Communications over the last 22 years.  
 
Dr. Atkins will lead an Interactive session on Improving Your Communications.   This session aims to help service industry professionals who want to maximize their efficiency, develop better customer skills, and increase their value.  Participants will find a greater level of productivity, job satisfaction and the potential for advancement.
